Access to OpenETC services is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide without notice where necessary. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of OpenETC services, or the entire service, for example where we are conducting maintenance work, or have been asked to consider a takedown request.
The OpenETC accepts no liability for any claims, penalties, loss or expenses arising from: any reliance placed on the content of the service; the use or inability to use the service; or any unauthorized access to or alteration to the service. Where there is a technical failure when the service is used to support teaching and learning, the academic contingency procedures of your home institution will be used e.g. assessment submission extensions.

The OpenETC has the right to restrict access to, remove, or edit any material or posting you make on OpenETC services if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with the provisions set out above.
