OpenETC Swap Meet
Venue: TRU CAC Board Room
Time: Wednesday, June 19 (1:30PM – 4PM)
The OpenETC SwapMeet community session will focus on sharing how OpenETC users are using OpenETC offerings. This will take the format of a lightening rounds, where each presenter will have 5-7 minutes to share what they are doing or thinking about doing with https://apps.opened.ca, https://chat.opened.ca, or WordPress sites at https://opened.ca. This can be any format you prefer. The purpose is to share how are you have used OpenETC offerings to date and what you hope to do with OpenETC in the future. What worked great + if there were obstacles & challenges – what were they? We also welcome presentations that serve as a critical friend from participants who have considered OpenETC but ran into roadblocks and didn’t end up using an OpenETC offering.
A portion of the afternoon will be to gather and share back to the OpenETC community anything that was created that could help others (documentation, onboarding, templates, etc). There will be an opportunity to explore gaps and potential collaborations and to participate in making the OpenETC better with community contributions.
During this gathering we will be finalizing the pieces to be shared out during the OpenETC session at the 2019 ETUG Spring Conference happening Thursday, June 20 (11:20am – 11:50am). Session details at https://sched.co/OJay
